At French & Co, every creation is designed to offer a refined and memorable experience. Due to the nature of fragrance products, our return policy is carefully structured to ensure fairness, hygiene, and product integrity.


1. Return Eligibility (10 Days)

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The original packaging, seal, and box must remain intact
  • The product must not show any signs of usage, damage, or tampering

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The perfume has been opened, sprayed, or tested
  • The packaging is damaged, missing, or altered
  • The return request is made after 10 days of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@frenchnco.com with your order details
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return confirmation email
  3. A return label and instructions will be provided
  4. You can track your return via email updates and return page

Returns must only be shipped after approval.


4. Shipping & Return Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
  • The deduction depends on region, carrier, and time, but will not exceed $20

Example:
If your order total was $120, the return shipping deduction will be applied accordingly (up to $20 maximum).


5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $15 will be applied to all approved returns.
This covers inspection, handling, and quality assurance processes.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email confirmation
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be refunded
  • Only the final paid amount is eligible for refund after deductions

7. Exchanges & Replacements

  • Exchanges or replacements are available upon request

  • Replacement orders are processed as new shipments

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Provide clear images of the product and packaging

We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution accordingly.


9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping and logistics may vary based on location
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
